Terms of the Trial

Before any harness ships, this page will be replaced by terms reviewed by a lawyer. Do not treat this as a binding agreement yet.

What the trial involves

If accepted, you'll receive a Tailways harness, fitted in person, for four weeks of daily wear. In exchange we ask for roughly fifteen minutes a week of feedback and honest reporting on your experience.

Not a medical device

Tailways is an experimental wellness device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult your veterinarian for any medical concern about your dog.

Cost

No payment is collected on this site. Trial hardware and any costs, if applicable, will be discussed directly after acceptance, via a private payment link — never through this page.

Ending the trial

You can withdraw at any time, for any reason, including if your dog seems uncomfortable with the harness. We'd appreciate knowing why.
